I'm Nick.
I'll be on the roof, too.
I'm Nick Power. Give me a roof that takes some figuring out and a good crew to build it with, and I'm in my element. I've spent years chasing that same feeling on a skateboard: working at something until it clicks. I like a challenge, I take pride in the work, and I enjoy being out there doing it.

Skateboarding and snowboarding are part of who I am. So are my family, the people I work with, and the places we call home.
Construction came first.
I've spent more than 12 years in residential construction, remodeling, and exterior repairs across Colorado. Decks, siding, painting, drywall, and repairs all taught me something different about how a house goes together.
That background matters when you're looking at a roof. Water doesn't care where one trade's work ends and another begins. Roofs, walls, flashing, and drainage have to work together.
Learning from the work.
Roofing subcontract work brought me into the installation side of the industry. I learned the work in the field, where preparation, materials, and the details around the edges and penetrations all affect the finished job.
It built on what I already knew about construction and gave me a deeper understanding of roofing as a complete system.
Sales. Projects. People.
From there, I moved into roofing sales and project management for a large commercial construction company. I learned another side of the business: inspections, talking through options, coordinating projects, and understanding the construction side of storm restoration.
Working across those roles helped me see a job from the homeowner's side as well as the installer's. Clear scopes, good communication, and following through matter just as much as knowing the materials.

I passed my residential and commercial roofing licensing exams and built PPS Roofing around the experience I'd gathered along the way.
Today I work directly with homeowners, from the inspection and estimate to planning materials, managing the project, and walking through the finished work. But the part I take the most pride in is being on the tools with my guys. I believe in hard work, pulling my weight, and working shoulder to shoulder with the team.
Working alongside my crew is something I'll always do. As PPS grows, I want to keep building roofs, putting in the hours, and sharing in the work with the guys who help make this company what it is. That's where I'm happiest, and it's how I intend to keep leading.

PPS is my business, but building it has taken support from both of us. Kori is my wife and, most importantly, the mother of our beautiful daughter, Saige. She has been beside me through the work, the decisions, and everything that comes with growing a business while raising a family.
Her support reaches into both our home and our business. It gives me the room to keep learning, take care of our customers, and keep building something we're proud of together.
I'm proud of the roofs we put our name on. I'm even prouder of the family behind that name. Kori, thank you for being an incredible wife, a loving mother to Saige, and such a big part of what makes all of this possible.

Can you repair my roof instead of replacing it?
Often, a localized problem can be repaired. We need to inspect the roof's condition and the source of the issue before recommending a repair or replacement.
Do you work on flat roofs?
Yes. PPS works with EPDM and TPO roofing systems for homes and commercial buildings. We look at the membrane, drainage, edges, and roof penetrations together.
What if I think I have hail damage?
Start with an inspection. We can document visible damage and explain repair or replacement options. Your insurer determines claim coverage.
